Every wallet movement is recorded
Deposits, purchases and eligible refunds create separate transaction records with the resulting balance.
Failed submissions restore funds
If an upstream provider cannot accept a newly placed order, the debit is reversed automatically and recorded.
Support connects to your order
Open a request from the dashboard and select the order so the team can investigate without asking for supplier IDs.
